Great backup lamp. Fits in a small space and comes packaged in a durable case and doesn't weigh much. The light output is sufficient. Not necessarily good as a primary lamp, but works as a second lamp, e.g. inside a tent, etc.

A small and light headlamp. Oat's gram filer mind. It's not very bright, especially if you're used to the forehead "spotlights" on the market now, but it does its job. The included case seems quite flimsy and may not stay closed well. There is always the worry that the lamp will fall out of its housing.

Does its job, but the lamp fixation on the main plasticstrap doesn't hold the light properly in place. On the other hand, it's a simple emergency headlamp that fulfils its job.

Absolutely gorgeous spare lamp and red is handy when you want to maintain night vision. In the woods, it is enough to illuminate for a couple of meters enough to see where you are stepping, providing optimum battery life between the necessary minimum light output.
