Pretty high on this backpack stool sits i.e. maybe not the best in the winter bark unless your back is really sore and there are long, stiff sticks. But otherwise a really good seating stool for a long-lived person, for example in the middle of a trip, if you weaken and need to sit for a while. And it’s good to have your own seat if you already know you can’t stand or walk for long and need a rest break. That's what we did. When the fact is that we are not at all young and sagging, so it is good to have aids according to your condition and feeling. You can be outdoors and you can go hiking, taking into account your own limitations.
