I love the quality, but the fit is simply horrible. I am 178 cm tall and normally wear M to L. I bought S here. The waist is far too wide and the lower legs are too loose. Also, I feel reminded of the ill-fitting pantyhose that I wore when I was a child. I would love to love these, since they are warm and the cloth is of good quality, but I will not order them again.

Same issue like with the 200 long johns: Warm, but horrible cut.

Woolpower's merino wool products have been a credit layer for 10 years and I have used these in active cycling during the cool / cold times of the year (0 - -25) Only positive experiences. The size should be chosen a little smaller than what you normally use. It has normal L and Woolpower M.

Normally the size M fits, but in these I had to change to a bigger one. The smaller size squeezes the thighs and the bigger one is already a little loose at the waist. However, intended to be really warm and had been after the purchase every time I walked outside. Excellent for ice fishing / hunting.

I consumed 200 set of pants in 2-3 years and were really comfortable on my feet. 10-15cm extra in length but didn't bother when the elastics were suitably tight at the ankles and waist. The same can’t be said for the 400 intermediate pants, a couple of months on the leg and tomorrow new elastic to sew that will stay on the leg. Otherwise it is comfortable
Unnecessarily tight surgery on the thighs. Underpants do not fit properly without squeezing the thighs. In my experience, there is no way to be particularly warm alone when kept under shell pants. Better insulation against the cold is achieved by wearing panties and EXTING between panties and shell pants.
