Functional raincoat with a good hood. Multipurpose with opening and buttoned sides. It doesn't breathe any worse, but the material is sturdy enough that it doesn't fly off the top in the slightest wind. The backpack also fits well inside the poncho

For once, a cape with snaps stays on, but I wouldn't use this while cycling.

Good feel and quality, will replace my backpack cover and rain clothing for my next hike, saving quit some weight. Tested in heavy rain and works well. Of course, your wrist come out, but possible the put your hands under the poncho as well, which is great!

An irreplaceable helper in unexpected rain. Negative: The hood falls too deep on the eyes.

Great quality, however not at all designed for riding bicycle of motorbike. It will act as ballon and completely fill you up with air and throw you off balance if you ride too fast. Better to have long sleeves that can be sealed for riding.

Good quality and water resistance. It works nicely in small to moderate rains, and breaths very well. However, when it rains heavily on windy days, it is hard to stay fully dry in the poncho as the poncho tends to move with the wind.

Strong and functional, although heavy and rather bulky. It also withstands strong winds, which means it also works in extreme conditions, unlike the other brand that my friend had.

Raincoat to replace the rain cover of the backpack.

I am very pleased with the Fjallraven Poncho I purchased from you recently,I have looked at a number of different poncho's, many are very lightweight to the point that they would be virtually useless or they are military style and so heavy that they are too heavy to carry. The design is simple but very practical, to use as a groundsheet,flysheet and a very breathable waterproof coat that also keeps your pack dry.The loops around the edge look ideal to secure the poncho in trees when used as a flysheet. I purchased the bright orange option and this will be useful to attract assistance in case of emergency. As yet I have not used the poncho in the rain so I am unable to comment on the fabrics breathability or waterproofness. I forsee no problems though.The poncho was delivered from Finland to New Zealand in 8 days! not bad in these difficult times,well done Varuste!

The raincoat is a product that has been rejected in vain. Whether the army's old nuclear war-resistant protective cloak gave negative images. Also works as a ground suit and for snowmaking when making snow combs, albeit with soft snow and a moderate load.

The quality of this poncho is obvious from the moment you open the parcel: precisely applied extra waterproofing around the seams, lightweight but robust material, breathable, and with a pleasantly enclosed-feeling and overhanging hood. I'd been looking for a new rain poncho for quite a while, and this seems to have been a great choice.

Nice, spacious, and good quality. Have not had time to test it in the rain outside yet. The only negative I have discovered so far is that the color Graphite looks more military green in reality, compared to the navy blue / gray color in the picture.

Replaced my 25 year old poncho from Fjällräven which has been used extensively. This seems to be of the same quality. Nice to be able to pull on over a large backpack. Breathe better than goretex as it becomes airy.

Poncho was on a week-long hike in the FAQ and came in need on a couple of occasions. The hood is very well designed and this was the reason why I ended up here. The material of the raincoat is pleasant to the touch and light in all respects. Also included was a breathable and flexible storage bag that can hold rain pants that go into a small space if needed.

Really good quality raincoat. Guaranteed Fjällräven quality! I bought a new one because I got badly “cheap” in my raincoat last summer. I haven't had time to use it yet, so breathability and other features only come to light with use. The gray color I chose is good. A storage bag is included to make it easier to pack and store the raincoat. The size is just ok, about 172 cm for the user, only one size is available. I recommend the product!

Inexpensive but high-quality, light rain cover that can easily be carried in a small space and does not sweat when used. The front part of the product is too long for me (175cm) (easily under the foot when bending over).
