The Trangia comes with a plastic film that protects the non-stick surface, so buying a Multidisc isn’t necessary, at least not just for transporting it intact. The bulb and pliers are given their own covers to prevent rattling and wear. However, the finish of the kettle could be better, and it immediately starts with one star: at the moment, the appliance has very sharp points that I had to grind with a stone to make it less dangerous. These include the corners of the bulb compression handles, which could be carelessly wounded in normal use, and the knife-like perimeter at the bottom of the upper part of the Trangia frame. Another disadvantage that lowers the rating is that the included aluminum pliers cause the frying pan coating to crack even with more careful handling. Fortunately, the tongs are not in contact with the bottoms of the dishes, so the cooking properties do not deteriorate yet. However, the question arises as to the healthiness of detached square millimeter-sized coating hips, as food drips without help. This phenomenon, too, would probably be milder if the pliers were finished with less sharp angles.
