I haven't gotten it to work. I suspect a leak in the fuel line. The warranty extension is a good thing, if I happen to stop by your store. A working device would be 5 stars.

The lamp is easy to use and really bright lighting. The downside was the backlash of the pump, the breakdown of the valve immediately, almost like new.

I waited 5 month for the product to become available and it was worth it. Looks amazing. The quality of the lantern is fantastic.

Very poor supply / inventory management. Placed ordered on Oct when website showing goods will arrive within one week. Customer kept communicating varuste customer service on weekly base and only get parts will arrive soon without specific arriving info. As result, no parts arrived till Dec/end with no estimate dates and force customer to cancel the PO or contact Petromax directly. No compensation at all. Overall very very bad shopping experience.

Pretty master gadget! This illuminates the entire cottage yard at once, if necessary. Intended to use itself as wind light. I know from a guy's lamp that it's amazing, but I haven't had time to get on my own yet.

Having used the lantern a few times now, the product has been disappointing. For some reason, the light is yellower and much dimmer than my father’s Hipolito, who is over 30 years old. The sound was uneven, pumping from the start. In Hipolit, the sound is even. The last couple of times after a short use, the light is already really dim and the kerosene burns with a blue or yellow flame through the sock and at the same time turns the sock black. The flames blow up and heat the tube to glow. Clearly something wrong then. I haven't had time to learn even more.
