Handy for filleting fruit and small fish. The old one fell apart after years of use, let's hope this one lasts even longer.

Based on a few experiments, a highly functional knife e.g. small game handling! 😊 Admittedly, the lack of blade protection is a small minus.

A great knife for a miniature filleting knife, for example. This handles even finger-sized perch beautifully.

The knives are really durable and of good quality. The former have been in use for many years. The only downside is that the blade broke inside the x-handle and these should not be repaired. I still bought a new one because the knife sits well in the hand, the rubber thanks to the sturdy hand though would be wet hands.

Good knife. The set has been in use for a dozen years now and this was the first refurbished knife in the set.
