A heavy and warm, but correspondingly much more spacious sleeping bag, which is rare in the current bag market. You can find anything for flower sticks, but few have spacious bags for restless sleepers. Savotta seems to be the only manufacturer whose bags don't need to sleep like a mummy. The packing bag, on the other hand, is lousy. You have to do better.

Great sleeping bag, chose this instead of the carinthia defence 4, really warm and spacious even for a chunky guy like me! Waterproof stuff sack is also very handy. Looking forward to using this winter camping. Build quality is great, nice chunky central zippers inside and out, storm flap, reinforced foot area and spacious but not so much it takes ages to warm up!

Comfortable sleeping bag to sleep. A good sleeping bag for its price. But 2/5 stars. Too heavy 2.6kg. I bought a down bag for summer use weighing 0.8kg. I will not smoke in the summer to use it because of its weight. Savotta is probably suitable for a car / caravan traveler.

Here we are wondering about the frost limits of the bag. If someone has gotten cold near zero in that bag, then the bag has been defective. During the army's guerilla training, I slept with a bag under the fir tree, on top of the tent mattress. The frost was -36 in Ilomantsi. Short socks on the leg and a field bottle with hot water at the end of the leg. I'm glad it's not freezing. The year was 2001 and it was true.
In the Vaasa archipelago last spring on a ice fishing trip and in Hammastunturi, staying with louekangas did not get cold, although at most -21 of the frost, you will come. The foot should be more spacious. Slowly dries. Certainly one of the best winter bags in terms of price / quality ratio, in addition, itella has a much more expensive bag combination than Carinthia, which is not exactly warmer but heavier. Frozen salmon stays inside the ice for a couple of days;)
