It was easy to twist into the bottle, everything works as it should. The mouthpiece is a suitable size and 'pleasant' in the mouth.

Apeks XTX50 + XTX40 Octo is great! Taken it for a couple of dives and breathes really well. Adjustment of cracking pressure is easy. Shipping to Aus was really fast too!!

Ordered from the USA and got the product very fast. Used them on a dive the past weekend and everything worked great! Customs held up my package for a day because they can’t read apparently, but the process was smooth on Varustes end. Would purchase again and recommend!

The regulator makes whistling sound when tested on air but works fine under water.

What can I say... Apeks!!! Super performance! I bought this because my partner and all time dive buddy has the same. I was renting before and had issues (like it's getting hard to breathe below 20 meters). He never reported any issues like that and since I have mine me neither. One thing I had to get used to was the comfort bite mouthpiece. It sits against the roof of thee mouth and I had to figure out how to swallow to equalize. It helped to roll back my tongue a little.
