Good on the feet, an exponential improvement to the previous cheap Alpins, the soles of which cracked. However, it takes time to get used to, the soles of the feet get a little sore on a longer run. When recording, a quick lock, but it does not solve the challenge of long tapes (you have to penetrate the protection). Hard to get monos from the ankle for a tight lacing.
