When you move from the Polar camp to Garmin, there is a lot to learn. But what a rush! Offers twice as much data compared to Polar, but the user interface and app, on the other hand, are light years behind Polar. More accurate GPS and better battery life, as well as customizability. If you want easy and functional, then Polar. If you want to learn more and spend time and appreciate the data, then Garmin.

A truly innovative watch that is especially suitable for endurance sports. As the name says, running is the number one sport for this watch and the watch is also light enough to be worn on the wrist all the time, e.g. for sleep monitoring. I really like the running training suggestions on the watch versus the target race on the race calendar. The morning report is also a good feature. I also use this in orienteering, and then it's worth getting a screen protector in case you accidentally hit a rock. The watch also looks better live than in the pictures. GPS is the best that can be found on the market, but with the most accurate settings, of course, it takes battery life. Fortunately, this can be adjusted for each species. Solar charging is nice +
