WHAT I USE THIS FOR - Everyday carry, and I mean everyday; travelling, work, going into town, overnight stays, hiking, and military reserve duties. I only have one backpack and this is it. MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION, 4/5 - The 330D Cordura is lightweight, but I have doubts about it's longevity. I come from using a 5.11 Tactical RUSH 24 and a Mystery Ranch Blitz 30, both using 500D Cordura and the difference is noticeable. I can see the shadow of my hand through the 330D. That being said, this bag still has the MR quality you'd expect, but I can see the 330D being worn through much quicker than the 500D. The use of 0.75 inch webbing is unusual and the weight saving has to be negligible. I'd rather they stuck to 1 inch webbing and made it easier to find replacement or upgrade buckles. Finally, the zip toggle feel really cheap, being just paracord with a knot at the end. LAYOUT AND BUILD, 4.5/5 - I love the hip belt and the water bottle pockets, the lower utility pouch is well laid out, and I appreciate having an internal pouch in the main compartment. That being said, I don't see the value in having an internal MOLLE panel (and it's actual MOLLE instead of the laser-cut hypalon like the outside) with a lower bellows pocket. There's no toggle to hang a water bladder either, which is a fairly glaring omission in my eyes. A traditional horseshoe zipper instead of this slightly angled one they've used would also make it possible to have two MOLLE columns on the sides. Finally, the compressions straps run at an angle to zig-zag up the sides of the bag instead of being flat. This gives the bag a cinched-waist look and givens uneven pressure on the stitching for the compression straps. PERSONAL OPINION, 4/5 - The bag is comfy to wear when full, has ample storage layout, and has just enough admin for me to enjoy for my office work. The big two upgrades I would like to see if a V2.0 were made is upping to 500D Cordura and going back to the traditional compression straps.

Top pack, however the price is very high. The quality of the backpack, the concept, an absolute all-rounder!
