These are already the second Speedcrosses that I own. A really good shoe that fits well, doesn't squeeze anywhere and feels light to walk on. The previous ones wore out from the bottom of the heel, but were in heavy use for several years before this. I use the shoes almost all year round (walking, hiking and trail running) I highly recommend them!

They are slippery on wet rock and in use felt a little too hard for my taste, which I didn't notice when fitting.

Very suitable for narrow elastic. Salomon's lacing is good, in this model maybe a little more difficult to get the laces to stay protected than in the previous SpeedCrosses I used.

Do you know how many Speedcrosses these are? Fits my narrow foot well, I like the snug fit. At first they feel stiff, but they adapt in use. Good grip, but the soles wear out incredibly quickly, which means that the shoes have to be replaced every spring. One star off that. I also agree with one of the previous commenters that it is not as easy to hide the ribbon in these as in the previous models.
