A warm and high-quality jacket. Rarely do I buy anything for myself, but this time I decided to make an exception. The goal is that this will last at least the next ten years in wind and gusts. My chest thickness is slightly larger than normal. According to the measurement table in the pictures, XXXL would be the only one that would fit around the chest. Based on the other measurements, a suitable size would be L or XL. Based on the size selector on Fjällräven's website, XXL would be the perfect option. At this point, a person's mind begins to be as confused as a wall clock. In the end, I went to the Varuste.net store and found that the XL fits really well. I almost always use the XL size and it was the best match here as well. So you should not blindly trust these given measurements. If I would like something from the jacket, it would be a couple of centimeters to add length to the sleeves, but that is always a problem for long-armed people.

The parka actually keeps what it promises. Since I travel a lot with the ATV in winter and I was tired of having to wear 3 to 4 jackets on top of each other so that it can be endured even at minus 10° on the part, I got this one Parka ordered. Even at 120km/h with just a fleece jacket underneath, no problem at minus 10°. Absolutely no wind lets through, keeps you warm and also withstands rain at high speeds. Also very functional. Just real quality. But that's not what you would expect from Fjällräven. So far the brand has never disappointed me. But he looks bigger. I usually wear L. But with this jacket, M fits me much better. 185 cm at approx. 84 kg.

Turns out a bit bigger. Normally wear an L, the Nuuk Parka fits best in an M. I am satisfied with the jacket itself, but I think the workmanship for a €500 parka could be improved. A bag less would have done it too. But the fact is: the piece keeps you warm, the materials are top and the cut is great.

The jacket is the right size, which means the tables are accurate and the right size is easy to find. The jacket is warm at least up to a couple of minus degrees when you have a t-shirt and a light hoodie underneath, I haven't experienced colder weather with it yet, but I strongly believe that it will be fine with additional layers whatever the weather. The parka is comfortable to wear, it has nice solutions in the form of tightening the sleeves, a stylish and functional hood and, for once, a sufficient number of pockets. The surface is wind and water resistant. All in all, a very practical winter jacket. The only minus is that there is no fleece for the hand warmer pockets to the other half of the pocket, could have been completely fleece-lined.
