I use it in an airsoft game, so I can't get the full functionality of this pouch. So I will do a brief review.
The quality is very good. The knobs on the left and right are also large, making it easy to pull out. The outer sheath is also tightly tensioned, so you won't have to worry about it coming off even if the contents are small. You can carry a tourniquet on the top of the sheath.
