I had to change the straps of the bag to silicone straps at the same time (€2.5 each from Varusteleka), because the velcro straps of the product were too short. Changing the straps does indeed increase usability; the original straps and their buckles are so tight that you probably wouldn't be able to remove the bag when you don't need it, or move it when you need it on another bike.

Handy, fits a normal-sized smartphone, snacks and handkerchiefs, etc.

Cheap but somewhat surprisingly also good. It fits a tool, a set of tools, a mini pump, a phone and a backup power source just right. The materials feel like you'll happily drive this for a long time, although it's certainly not an eternity crank.

Meh, you can't fit modern phones in any bar bag.

Otherwise ok, but the volume is only 0.85l. Doesn't fit a lot of stuff. Even a bigger phone already causes problems.
