This is the second pair of BD Primes I have owned. These shoes are fantastic as everyday shoes. They are slipper like...almost barefoot style shoes. The rubber is incredibly sticky for crag and boulder approaches. Sometimes, I'll even warm up on easier problems or clean routes with these on. They are so capable as climbing shoes. I only wish BD made a waterproof/GTX version and I'd use those for all weather outdoor use. Granted I use them now in the wet...when they get too dirty, I just throw them in the washing machine. Not the suggested treatment but they can take it!

Peripheral neuropathy from spinal injuries means I need very comfortable well built shoes. These really fit my requirements. And I can scramble if needed. I’ll probably also use them as travel shoes as they are super light and easy to take on and off.
