The insoles insulate well and are ergonomically comfortable, which can be worn well in shoes/boots even if the heating section is not used constantly. The insoles warm up quickly and warm well even in brisk (approx. -15C) frost. However, the battery lasts about 1 hour at that time. Even with lower power, the battery's durability is quite short (approx. 2h). The Bluetooth connection works well and is a smart feature. The only negative thing is that loading the insoles is a bit tedious when you have to dig them out of the boots. I use insoles when riding, so the durability of the battery is sufficient for me. The insoles work well and as they should.

The only problem is getting feet adjust to the insole profile.

Battery life should be longer. They congeal fairly quickly in severe frost. They do warm up moderately in a cold booth.

Good quality, fits the shoe well. Feels good underfoot. Warms, which is the purpose of the product. Commissioning is fairly easy. But if you don't use it almost directly (within 3 hours) after charging, it won't connect to the phone or start up. So in this case only basic insoles. That's why a couple of stars off. But when in operation the battery has not yet run out in the middle of snow work.

The insole is comfortable. It is easy to trim. It's slim-fit works well for both casual shoes and boots. I get around 5 1/2 hours of heat when used on setting 1 and about 4 1/2 hrs on setting 2. My insoles are still working well after almost 4 years. I mostly use them on setting 1. I now have to use my oldest pair (4yrs old) on setting 2 as they aren't quite as hot as they used to be. I have used them everyday for neurological pain (frozen feet and poor circulation). They have been a game changer and have reduced spasm in my legs enormously. I have both types, blue tooth and remote controlled. The phone app works fine but could be improved. Whereas the remote controls always work, and don't need charging. But you need to remember to take the controller with you. The app is always on your phone. It's worth noting that I live in Melbourne, Australia. It has only snowed, where I live, 3 times over the past 22 years! In winter it really drops below 0ºcelsius

Extra warmth for riding shoes. After a few uses, I would say the battery life is nowhere near the promised ("up to 7 hours"). At first power, less than three hours at -10 degrees when outdoors. What are the benefits of thermal insoles, whose batteries do not withstand frost. These are quite thick (reserve a big enough shoe) and weigh a little, but adapt nicely underfoot. When it works, so really good ones. Warmes the entire sole of the foot, not just the toes. The phone application works fine.
