Yes, now your feet and ankles stay warm in the open air! The grip of the socks is also good even on an icy pier. The socks are quite difficult to put on because they are tight (the size is correct anyway). The surprise was that even though the stem of the sock sits tightly on the calf when dry, water still easily gets in through the stem of the sock, when the neoprene somehow loosens when it gets wet. Despite the water getting into the socks, the feet stay warm, but taking off the socks must be done on a plate or bucket so that the water does not drip from the socks onto the floor.
