Sturdy poles for many trips. The lightness positively surprised me.

Short and light enough to carry in a backpack. They also work in dead heat. Even if it could be locked in the shortest position, even if the locking levers were adjusted according to the diameter of the rod in use. Attaching the clamps required heating and strength, but so far they have stayed together and not twisted during installation.

I wanted one pole for skiing, skinning and hiking, and I got what I wanted. The only problem with the rods has been the loosening of the quick release screw. A Phillips screwdriver is not always included.

Sompi's installation required a youtube video and a lot of brute force. One star removed from that, when I got the somma to fight, they have worked exactly as they should.

A couple of stars fell off when the somma didn't stick. Otherwise it seems fine.

Handy and light for both winter and summer trips. The plastic latches are a bit stiff to turn, especially in winter. Attaching / detaching the somma could be smarter.

Functional and sturdy rods! When attaching the somp, it is advisable to heat both parts, eg in hot water or with a hair dryer, otherwise you do not want to go into place.

The removable “Carrot” came off once during use. Noticed right away and luckily found in the hang. Otherwise good and convenient for snowshoeing
