It fits a change of clothes well in the back, doesn't rub the armpits or anything else, the bottles stay very warm even in -20 degrees below zero. I recommend!

A great vest that can hold a good amount of stuff. Nice pockets, it would be perfect if it came with three water bottles, one extra :)

Ran a few long runs with this and the vest works flawlessly. You can bring enough water and the 8l rucksack has spare clothes for rainy weather, etc. The items can be tightened with flexible cords and they don't swing during the run. I recommend longer straws for the bottles, so you don't have to reach to sip from Rintamus' soft bottles. I have another 2l bladder bought in addition to the included bottles for hot weather and really long runs.
