Suunto's accurate and well-functioning heart rate belt. In daily use, it requires several regular washes in the washing machine with the sports textile program. After a long period of use, the heart rate readings of a hand-washed belt start to wander, and machine washing often helps. The total service life has been approx. 1.5 years in daily use.

The quality seems to have decreased compared to the previous Comfort Belt, which clearly lasted longer in use. The previous Smart belt started showing symptoms after only a few months and was a year old, so it had to be replaced. Otherwise, it's nice to use.

Good as long as it works. Going by myself is already the third belt, on average the belt has been working for two years, after which the heart rate readings no longer look correct. I have washed and serviced the belts regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Works as new just fine, but unfortunately the life expectancy is less than a year as the heart rate measurement starts to show what is hurting. The belt now purchased for Suunto Spartan, which has been in use for three years, was the Fifth.

The belt works well with Suunto's Smart heart rate belt unit. There were no problems with the deployment (click the familiar safe onto the unit belt and "on the road"). It’s worth switching to a new one if the old belt starts showing weird readings (I had a resting heart rate of +200) or if it doesn’t work at all.
