Nice and compact. Father's gen 2 Wave has been part of my EDC for 6 years now. Bought the gen 3 (Wave+) to replace the current one, since I needed the better wire cutters. The pliers and all of the other tools need to be worked in a little bit - they're a bit stiff out of the box. They loosen up once they've been used for a while. Otherwise, it's an excellent tool to have. Also, while doing a +200km bike rides, I think it's an essential tool to have. It's lighter than the Surge and has more tools than other lighter Leathermans and is cheaper than the Charge+ (standard and TTI). Not perfect, but has a good balance of characteristics.
