Very good for cycling, a bit loose when running with just a t-shirt, but works with a jacket.

Suitable size for day trips for cycling/multisport. The helmet can be conveniently attached to the backpack with a rubber band/clip mechanism. The backpack can fit basic equipment/snacks for a few hours of Multisport competition. A size larger than this can also accommodate replacement shoes if you need them. The water bladder that comes with it is also functional, although this is also quite difficult to get dry after use?!.

Excellent backpack! Had an amazing 100km ride. Filled the bladder with water, side pockets with energy gels and bars, put clothes into the main compartment and a multitool and an innetube into the tool compartment ... with all that still had some space. Very well built. Wouldn't choose any other backpack for cycling.
