Medium fits me well I am 178cm tall 80 kg the arms are a little long but no problem to fold them back if I want. It is a little snug around the neck but got used to that and it doesn't overheat me yet it is warm on a cold day. Usual high quality Arcteryx piece. The blue/grey is very nice.

I was expecting something similar to the Varana Hoody for women, but the material is quite different. It's very comfortable and well designed, but the price point makes it a bit unattractive. If you find a sale it's definitely worth trying it!
