High-quality, functional and comfortable softshell. This jacket is always with you, on your head or in a backpack. The thin additional insulation on the back provides just the right amount of extra warmth when the wind blows hard. In my experience, it breathes quite nicely, so it's not a moisture-wicking bag, like unfortunately many softshell or shell jackets are. The ventilation holes are well-designed.

Amazing quality, made in EU. L size fits great. I am 182CM/82 KG chest 116cm. Belt line 95cm.

Meets expectations and has a proper fit. Please note that this is not a winter coat. Quite expensive compared to other brands but definitely worth the money.

Great jacket, great workmanship. Sits and fits perfectly but I'm not used to anything else from Carinthia. 👌

Nice look and feel. Very gentle on back, not for any hard use. I have used hip bag above softshell and it was damaged after few hours of use. Official response from Carinthia was "Softshell and fleece are also no problem for hip pockets, but the Shelltex fabric is not so robust!" whatever that means :0. I have bought this shell for outdoor use and if it was damaged from hip bag I can just imagine what will happen if it was introduced to Australian bush :). Kudos to Varuste as they gave me voucher however it leaves a bitter as I have expected that something used by spec forces would be a little bit durable. Just my 5c.
