Lightweight, suitably sturdy shoe between the sneaker and the hiking shoe. Firm sole. It is torsionally rigid, but stretches appropriately in the longitudinal direction, ie it is not numb, for example in a rock without a heavy backpack. Breathability surprisingly good. Nothing particularly narrow, but not wide. The heel stays in place. The strips are round, ie they do not hold sharply, although these are easy to change if necessary.
