The space was well enough for an 8-day hike in the Kaldoaivi wilderness in August. In packaging, however, the idea was that what would be possible without the trip. The starting weight in the backpack was 15kg and everything was packed inside the backpack. The distance was 83km, the only thing I missed was the small pockets on the hip belt and the padding in it should be a bit longer. The network back seemed to work as promised.

The purchase criteria for me were a weight of less than 1.3 kg, a volume of about 60 l, a load capacity of about 15 kg and a price of less than 200 e. One 26 km test trip (day trip) made with a load of approx. 8 kg. There is little previous experience with rucksacks or the like (excl. A large backpack from the Defense Forces). The comfort of the Exos 58 felt good and the adjustments seem to be enough. For a length of 179 cm, the medium size seems quite good. Inside the backpack I had a 1.5 liter bladder, a tent, a sleeping bag and sleeping pad, a break jacket, a kettle and gas. Front mesh pocket with seat base and dishes. Another side in a mesh pocket 0.8 l water bottle. Only with longer use will you realize what are potentially unnecessary features for yourself - and what would you need more.
