Ferro Concepts SHOULDER PADS offer maximum comfort and breathability. These shoulder pads give multiple options for communication and hydration routing.
Made from laser cut laminate with 1/4" foam and 3mm spacer mesh against the user's body. Sold as a set of two. Each pad is 8.25" long.

This pads are really comfortable, they suit the Slickster very well, watch out if you have another non-Ferro Concepts plate carrier, you may have plate’s shoulders too much large for fitting the Ferro pads.
