Really handy, I carry two full bottles of this type in the front pocket of the Salomon High Pulse belt I bought earlier. It's also nice to hold this in your hand while running and sip from it occasionally when you need to hydrate on a long run. When you want to have your hands free, you can easily slip it back into your belt when it's full/empty, and you don't want to notice the bottle anymore. Except for the cap, which is also very handy! Drinking from it is very easy even while running. And once you learn the right drinking technique, nothing spills. Washing up and drying is also easy. It stays upside down in the drying cabinet to dry. The bottle and cap can be easily rinsed by squeezing the cap with two fingers. Given its size, it also fits easily into almost any pocket. 😉👍
