Give new life to your favorite shoes. Most of the soles of Hanwagi shoes can be re-soled, the stone edge and laces are also renewed when the soles are re-soled. If you are not sure whether your shoes can be resoled, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Shoes must be completely clean when they are brought in for insoles.

1. Order and pay for the maintenance or service product you want in our online store. At the online store checkout, select the delivery method you want the serviced product to be delivered to you.
2. Send the item to us with the carrier of your choice at your own expense or bring it to our store.

3. Include in the package a copy of your order confirmation or at least a handwritten note containing the order confirmation number and a mention that the item is coming for maintenance.
4. When the goods arrive at us for maintenance, we try to service them according to the product's delivery time estimate. We will inform you of the tracking number of the package when we send the serviced item back to you.

If you wish, you can also bring the product directly to our store, in which case a pre-order through the online store is not necessary, but you can just come to our store with your serviced item. Our staff can place an order and give a delivery time estimate for maintenance work.
