The Leatherman Surge is one of our two largest multi-tools; a real powerhouse, built with our largest pliers, longest multi-tool blades and easy-to-use locks. A unique blade exchanger, replaceable 154CM wire cutters and four outside-opening blades give you quick access to the tools you use most. The Surge was built for tough jobs and the hands that do them.

— Show originalDoes what it takes. Admittedly, the tool has too many chisel heads that do little to no more in modern times.
The tool comes in a fairly sturdy factory grease which needs to be wiped off so as not to mess up everywhere. The black paint comes off the tool with alcohol and leaves an ugly mottled pattern. So do not use alcohol to clean this tool.
Therefore, you should have preferred to buy the chrome version.Brand
