I've used long hunts before, Hunters are just as good if not better. They work particularly well, especially in a dense forest, dodging is easier than with long hunting skis.

After about 20 kilsa experiences, it does what it promises. The real full test is only in January at the height of Kuusamo, but I think the ski will cope well. A great combination with Nordigrip bindings. Good grip. You have to try to drill the slide more by lubricating it.

Peltonen's Hunter Skins are in a way between sliding snowshoes and hunting skis. They slide better than sliding snowshoes because they are skis, but because of their width they don't quite slip as much as a narrower ski. I'm very happy with my purchase, just fit my needs.

Great product. The tip rises to the surface of the snow when closed and basic skiing is also possible.

Just as you might think from the pictures: a compromise between sliding snowshoes and hunting. Doesn't ski like a long forest ski, but clearly better than OACs. The skins are quite small, so the grip isn't crazy, but on the other hand, it doesn't catch on flat ground. And especially these can fit in the ski box, inside the car and in the warehouse without any problems.
