Product description

Non-stop Dogwear Protector Snow is a full-back cover made from thin and elastic fabric. The suit protects dogs during activity involving snow, ice, cold and wind. The suit is form-fitting and should sit tight, the elastic fabric gives the dog great freedom of movement and is ideal for use in the mountains or arctic tracks. It should not be used in forest and scrub, then the fabric will crack. Be aware that the suit should sit tight and that the legs are not too long. Protector Snow comes in two varieties, female and male. The orange color and reflective stripes make the suit incredibly visible.

With the newest version of the Protector Snow (Adjustable Velcro instead of fixed hook), you can cut open the hole part in the back for a perfect fit.

The suit works great to prevent snow from accumulating in the dog's coat, even on male dogs! In cold weather, it protects well from frostbite. The suit works and fits well under a harness.

Hello, the size is good. I got the Duel size for a female Pointer and it fits her perfectly. I've only used it once so far and there hasn't been any damage. We'll see how it holds up over time, as I bought it for hunting.

The perfect size I have a mini Labradoodle and I took the medium size. Very good quality, flexible and beautiful color a little difficult to put on the front legs but with a plastic bag slipped over the legs it's easy! Not tested in the snow because too early but I know that he will no longer have frosted balls on his legs and body.

As the seller advised with great sensitivity: The suit is “tight” for the size classification! The leg openings in particular are very narrow and it is difficult to get a paw through without unraveling the seam. A 30 kg bitch cannot fit into a size L bitch suit. (Not overweight). A male size XL was suitable, which then had to be modified from the harness. Now it works and protects well after a mammary tumor surgery, exposing the stomach. It will certainly also work as a snow cover.

In itself, a quality product, but with harder use (standing bird dog in semi-submersible snow and dozens of kilometers per day) the elasticity of the fabrics disappeared and snow started to end up inside the jersey. At this point, the pounds came off the ankles and the dog got stuck like in a sleeping bag. The snow melting and freezing in the fabric could perhaps be the reason for this, because I have heard that this jersey was good for longer-haired dogs. In other words, I do not recommend it for short-haired dogs, because this outfit does not prevent snow from melting and freezing against the skin, which is why I bought the whole product.
