An excellent running vest for your needs. It fits really well and drinking from Lötkö bottles during a run is very effortless. The pockets are easily accessible and the large back pocket can fit a shell jacket and trousers (at least Bonatti). The rod storage bag can also be attached.

Overall good and easy to use. Several pockets make it possible to bring everything you need for long runs and water bottles/drink bags are easy to use. The vest also does not chafe when in use and fits well without any problems. As a tall woman, the unisex vest in size xs was just right for me.

A practical and multipurpose vest. If you don't need a water bladder, you can easily fit snacks and extra layers / raincoat on the back. There are even too many pockets at times, because sometimes you have to search for energy gels etc. put in the pocket for a long time before your hand hits the right pocket. An excellent product and fits me well as a more curvy woman. Only concern is the longevity of the rubber band attachment, but so far it works great and adjusts just right.
