The new S/RACE SKATE PLUS PILOT is a boosted version of the popular S/RACE SKATE, featuring a more responsive carbon Energyzer cuff and full carbon frame for lightening quick responsiveness. The fit is top notch, with a Second Skin construction that puts the lacing system on the external envelope of the boot for maximum foot wrapping.

— Show originalMono does not have a so-called shoelaces that are tied but the boots are tightened with a locking mechanism. No matter how I try to lock the locking mechanisms carefully, little by little they seem to loosen. After a two-hour run, the boots already feel pretty loose on my feet and of course it’s not comfortable. It is hoped that in the future the "straps" will be roughened to such an extent that the locking mechanisms will keep the boots tight throughout the loop and will not slowly loosen.| Overall rating |
The product came with an ankle pivot hing detached. I was able to put the hing back into it's place. After 4 uses, the threads at the neoprene ankle cuff came undone. I stitched it back myself. I would return it for warranty exchange but it was an internet buy. Other then that, so far so good.
