At -5 degrees it became freezing cold. That -9 is probably not a comfort but a limit.

The Nemo Disco 15 is a godsent for people who struggle with the usual mummy shaped sleeping bag. Its spacious all over, but especially at the legs, it has this cool blanket that has multiple usages and open flaps for temperature control. Thats a pretty rich feature set. I would not exaggerate if I would say that it provides the sleeping experience of your own bed, coupled with a good mattress of course! However, I myself cannot imagine using the Disco when it is -9C outside. -3 to -5 would really be the limit, including a base layer. I would also advise to buy an aftermarket compression sack, I was able to reduce the packed size by about 25%. Overall, if you would like to spoil yourself, take this one, but know its limitations.
