Product description

Petzl Ouistiti is a secure and easy-to-adjust climbing harness designed to make fitting quick and straightforward for small children. The harness uses clear, color-coded points and a semi-rigid structure to help caregivers put it on correctly with minimal fuss. Soft, quilted closed-cell foam on the shoulder straps, waistbelt positioning, and leg loops supports comfort both on the ground and while hanging. It also comes with a protective carry pouch for transport and storage.

  • Quick to put on thanks to the semi-rigid, color-coded design and a clear dorsal hold point
  • Primary fit adjustment on the shoulder straps using Doubleback buckles
  • Secondary sizing adjustment at the back helps fine-tune the fit for smaller or larger children
  • Padded closed-cell foam construction on leg loops, shoulder straps, and waistbelt positioning for comfortable wear
  • Lower, reinforced front tie-in point helps improve comfort during climbing and descents
  • No connectors required to stay fastened so the child can keep wearing it between activities
  • Buckles positioned out of the child’s reach to reduce unwanted adjustments
  • Separate attachment points for climbing and for specific situations, each clearly color-identified
  • Includes a protective carry pouch

Very suitable for a three-year-old climber. They seem to be of high quality and are obviously comfortable to wear, as the toddler would never want to take these off. The 2-year-old and 6-year-old also tried these and the adjustments were enough for them too. I can highly recommend them!

They felt durable and high-quality at first use. The child said that the harness was comfortable to wear. It was used for climbing in the forest and on the terrace of the cottage, hanging from the rafters as a swing, where we had fun for a long time. The child weighs 16 kg and it was challenging to adjust the fit of the harness (it felt like they were a bit loose). However, the experience and skill is low, so it can be completely up to the user.
