The AlphaLight™ Spoon utensil uses a durable hard anodized aluminum making it slim and lightweight. The hardened shell created by hard anodizing removes any risk of alloy leaching into food.

— Show originalThis spoon is really high quality, because I think the shape and size of the spoon part is in a "sweet spot", ie suitable for the mouth and large enough to get the porridge effectively into the mouth without excessive fatigue of my lean pike. ;-) The length of the spoon handle is also just right, and its structure is very suitable for the hand and durable. If this were done in titanium, I would definitely buy it, even if the price was triple!Brand
