Product description

Designed to grip – but not damage - the tree, our Tree Hugger straps are wrapped around the tree as many times as required and have two end loops onto which you can clip your whoopie slings.

Please use for one person at a time, and with a DD hammock only.
Connect both loops to Whoopie Slings using either our metal or soft-shackle karabiners – friction from direct contact with the slings can damage the Tree Huggers. Not suitable for marlin spike hitch set-ups. Please follow instructions provided.

General care

To preserve the strength of the material, avoid folding along the same lines too frequently (change after 10 times)
Store in a cool, dry, dark place
Always ensure your gear (including any cordage) is completely dry before storing away
Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures (above 40C and below -15C)
Please keep your tree huggers safe distance from fires and naked flames at all times.
Do not machine wash. Clean carefully by hand only, using lukewarm water
Prolonged exposure to strong UV light can cause material to weaken (UV degradation is excluded from warranty)

In the thick wood, there wasn't enough for an extra round, but the carpet still kept its height well.

Works exactly as they should, i.e. very well. The downside is that after each use these have pretty massive wear marks and also lose their shape even if they are packed in a nice ball. These will last as long as they last, and then I'll get new ones from the tarpaulin myself.
