Perfect shoe; If you choose the right size here, you can start your first walk immediately without any problems. Nice fit and, which is especially important if you unexpectedly have to walk on asphalt, there is perfect cushioning for both the heel and the forefoot. Also note that when you do hills and light mountain tours, you take into account a slightly larger size than normal, otherwise the big toe will be compromised when descending. For myself I took 1 size larger, because you also have to take into account the walking socks you will use. These are often different from the ones you use every day for non-walking activities. It seems like a lot; but if you apply this properly you will have a wonderful lightweight shoe that can be used for a wide variety of purposes.

I took the shoes straight from the package for Ruka’s trip. No break-ins. The shoes work great. No bladders in the legs. We walked about 75 km. You should wear quality socks.
