The climbing training book is intended for both climbing enthusiasts and those doing coaching work. From the book, the enthusiast gets tools for developing as a climber and learns to avoid injuries and overfit typical of the sport. For the coach, the book is an information bank on the basics of training, the special features of climbing training and muscle maintenance. In addition to the sport analysis, the book also discusses the timing of training, the training of different sports climbing, muscle care and the climber's nutrition. The book is written by Juha Olli, Jorma Käyhkö and Sampo Kiesiläinen, who have worked in competition climbing for a long time. The climber's nutrition section is written by Tiina Ryhänen.
