Really good, not so thin barefoot. You can run, for example, on a sharp gravel or similar rock, which may not work with thinner ones. I bought the shoes just when they went on sale and the price was a bit hard. That's one star off. If you could get these with a saddle, for example, I would give 5 stars for the price / quality.
