haven't had the chance to use it, and hopefully will never need to but it's very well designed and packed, and the clear windows are great for seeing where things are at a glance. the roll top design should keep contents nice and dry too. all in all a very nice first aid kit. it'll come along with me to the crag or for bikepacking adventures, and the rest of the time it'll stay in my woodshop.
