AWARE Hanko: Dive Against Debris! 27.5.2017

Indeed, we Dive Against Debris,

and see what we have lying under the clear waters of Hanko.

The main aim is to find and lift up junk from the Hanko Eastern Marina, and junk may not be difficult to find, unfortunately.

We will be making an inventory of the debris and recycling them into proper bins provided kindly by the City of Hanko.

We are also receiving a guest from Tvärminne Zoological Station (Helsinki University) to hear more about the ecodiversity of the Baltic Sea, and specimen some bottom-dwellers of the Baltic's sea floor, and hear what this important group of critter's well being affects us all.

Please follow us and this event for more information as we will be abled to bring more specific information closer to the event.
