I ordered a pair of Rehband RX Knee Sleeve 5 mm and have used it three times so far, once for running and the other times for Jiu Jitsu. They provide adequate support without the unnecessary bulkiness. For running, even a 3 mm would have been just fine, but I wanted to order one pair for both running and working out, which is why I got the 5 mm. For serious grapplers who need a knee pad, maybe a 7 mm or ones with a bubble could be even better. All in all, I am satisfied with my purchase as the knee sleeves seem to be serving their purpose. The order arrived on time and without any issues.

The support is really high-quality and the right size. However, when buying the product, it was unclear whether the package contains one or two supports. So I accidentally ordered this package containing one support and returned it, because I can't do anything with one support.
