Comfortable and lightweight cushioning for your knees.
The UF PRO® Flex - Soft pads are made for activities where you need superb cushioning for your knees.
As with all our knee pads, no extra strapping in place is needed. You simply insert the pads into your P-40 or Striker pants and you are ready to go.
Because they are lightweight, super soft and flexible you’ll soon forget you are even wearing them, but every single time you go down on your knees, you can be sure they will be in the right place and offer you super soft cushioning.
The UF PRO® Flex-Soft pads come in 6mm and 8mm versions. The main difference is that (ironically) the 8mm pad is slightly lighter and slightly softer than the 6mm pad. The 8 mm version will thus offer you slightly better cushioning, but will due to its thickness completely fill the knee pad pocket and to some extent reduce the air flow in this area.
The pads are compatible with all UF PRO® P-40 and Striker pants. They can be also used as elbow pads in the Silent Warrior Sniper Jacket.
The pads come in pair.

Pretty good protection. Fits well at least with UF Pro P-40 Tac-2 pants. I ordered 6mm versions. The good thing is that you don’t even notice these, as if they originally belonged to your pants. On the other hand, these are relatively soft stuff and therefore do not provide insanely great protection. Sometimes they go double in their pockets. It's OK to be in the body, but to fit it properly, you should rather use hard guards (maybe these + hard guards could be a good combination. You have to try). These are inside the pants, so the outer fabric is being tested at the knees. At least I recommend UF Pro as a pants guy.

I bought frost pants for dune pants to replace dimex knee pads. Snickers cushions too thick because the protective pocket is inside the pants. Had to sew more to extend the length of the protective pocket. But the crushed stone no longer seems disgusting ... although in the frost it is quite stone and not flexible.
