Unnecessary and unusable product for the intended use according to the product description, far too inflexible stuff. Modern neoprene suits are very flexible, this product is about the same as a basic cotton fabric. The end result will be an inelastic seam that will tear next to it if the place even stays in place. You can get a better result by using a millimeter-thick neoprene shirt and a neoprene glue sold by varuste.net for the repair. This product may be suitable for repairing inelastic materials.
