This neoprene cap offers extra thermal insulation. Thanks to its 3 mm thick neoprene and thermal lining, it allows you to enjoy swimming in even the coldest waters.

Pretty good feel and snug fit. My head size is 58 and I felt that even the S/M size is still a good fit. Perfect to supplement a shorty, or other wet suit, that doesn't come with the hat.

Heat appropriately in cool waters with a wet suit (+ 14 ... + 20.) No need in warmer waters. In cooler waters, a hood is needed. Neon colors bring visibility and security. Fits better than many other models. The circumference of the head at the forehead is 54 cm and the size 1 s / m is a suitable pole. A little water goes into the ears. You should probably try with earplugs.
