I bought a women's Barbour Beadnell wax jacket last year, but I had to return it after a few months because it was very lightly waxed. They just sent me another one as an exchange for the first, but the quality is the same... I'm very surprised by the difference in the wax finish compared to buying it in a store. My husband bought his directly from a Barbour store, and even though it was more expensive, his jacket is much more waxed... I wonder if the Barbour jackets sold on Varuste are too old or discontinued? On the other hand, I bought the matching hood from this site, and it's well waxed... So, I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the jacket, but the customer service is very good!
